Receptionist & Admin
Lucille Cottereau was born in New Caledonia (a small island that is a territory of France) and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona at the age of three. Throughout her younger years, Lucille enjoyed spending time with her family including her twin brother and older sister. As her brother planned to become a Marine and her sister decided she wanted to travel, Lucille knew she wanted to pursue her life in helping others. At the age of fourteen, she volunteered for an organization called YoungLife that allowed her to start doing what she wanted. Lucille became more involved over the years and was able to surround herself with people who wanted to help others become a better version of themselves. She quickly realized how much she enjoyed being a part of that experience and wanted to take it another step forward.
After four years of working with YoungLife and five years of customer service, Lucille became an Assistant Manager with the intent to train other individuals to succeed. Even though becoming that role was more than a milestone in her life, she knew something was still missing. To Lucille, being in customer service was always about communicating with new people on a daily basis, learning their personality, their story, and assisting them
in anyway she could. Lucille loved being able to work one-on-one with employees, but helping out people in need was what she wanted to do most. That’s when DuMond & Doran made her realize that working alongside a legal team was where she needed to be.
DuMond & Doran has made Lucille passionate about the role she has taken on as a Receptionist and Administrator. The work environment has positioned
her to make a difference in people’s lives on a daily basis, and the clients and her colleagues have made it easy for her to truly enjoy her role in that process. When she isn’t working for the Firm, she works as a respite provider for people with disabilities, assists as a hairstylist for weddings, travels, cooks with her boyfriend, and finds great joy in spending time outdoors with her family.
